Clear light amber-gold with an off-white ring and film.
The bready, grassy corn aroma is light.
Flavors of nice, crisp yet soft toasty malt meet sweet corn and bread with some tangy, floral grass. Pizza dough and an almost Hefe-like yeast accents comes out on the exhale.
The frothy carbonation builds then dies to a semi dry tingle.

Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. Served in a pint glass, this beer draws a clear dark golden/amber color with a white head that’s half an inch thick when first drawn and served. Settles eventually to a thick ring lining the inside of the glass. Not much lacing though. Aromas of some roasted, biscuity, caramel malt sweetness and not much else and a bit of piney and floral hops. The taste is pretty much the same, with some toasted, biscuity, caramel malt sweetness and a bit of piney and floral hop bitterness. Good balance of flavors here. Has a mostly crisp, slightly prickly, also somewhat smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish with a fairly sweet aftertaste. A good beer here.
