Having this beer on tap at the brewery. This beer draws a clear medium amber/copper color with some streams of little bubbles rapidly and continuously rising to the beer’s surface. Has a white head that’s about 1/4 of an inch thick when first drawn and served along with some nice cluster swirls of film layer surface foam and actually lacing lining the inside of the glass. Aromas of some toasted, slightly bready malts, notes of toffee, fig, and a bit of butterscotch, along with a slightly citrusy and floral hop note. Has a very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready, toasted, malt, sweetness followed by toffee, butterscotch, and fig, this is run it out with a slightly citrusy and floral and also slightly dank and resinous hops that provides just the right amount of bitterness.
