Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. Served in a pint glass, this beer draws a clear, light to medium golden color with a nice, fluffy looking white head that’s about 1/2 inch thick one first drawn and served. Aromas of some bready malts, wheat, oats, and some honey and molasses along with a bit of an herbal, grassy hop note. He has a very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready malts followed by some wheat and oats along with a bit of honey and molasses provides just the right amount of a sweet note. Rounded out with some bready, herbal hops that provide just the right amount of bitterness balance out the entire overall fade flavor profile nicely. Has a crisp, also smooth, light to medium bodied mouth fill with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish, and all of the flavors linger on my palate for awhile nicely after each sip for the aftertaste.
