Malty and low in alcohol, this one is flavorful and extremely drinkable. A slightly fruity hop flavor compliments its malty sweet finish. 34 IBU.

Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. Served in a pint glass, this beer draws a medium to dark amber/copper color with a slightly tan/off-white head that’s about an inch thick when first drawn and served. Head settles to a fairly thick ring lining the inside of the glass at the beer’s surface along with decent lacing. Aromas of some toasted, slightly caramelized, malts along with a hint of plum and apricot and some herbal and earthy hops. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned toasted, bready, slighty caramel, malt sweetness followed by a nice presence of apricot and plum that gives way to som herbal and earthy hop bitterness. Has a crisp, also smooth, slightly creamy, medium to full bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a slightly dry finish, and all of the flavors linger nicely on my palate in the aftertaste following each sip. An excellent representation of this beer style.
