This London Brown Ale features caramel maltiness with a bit of roasted flavor. Back-sweetened with lactose for a moderately sweet finish.

Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. This beer draws a clear, dark brown call with a tan head that’s about an inch thick when first drawn and served. Head settle eventually to a medium size during lighting the inside of the glass, along with some small cluster swirls of film layer, surface foam and decent lacing. Aromas of roasted malts with some bready, dark chocolate notes, a hint of vanilla and some earthy, resinous hop notes. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready, dark chocolate, roasted malts that gives way to a hint of vanilla and some earthy, resinous apps that provide just the right amount of bitterness. Has a Chris I’m also smooth, medium bodied mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a slightly dry finish and all of the flavor is coat the inside of my mouth and linger for a while after each sip. A very nice representation of this beer style.
