Look: hazy amber, fluffy pinkish head. Some oily lacing with staying power.
Smell: very subtle raspberry, chocolate, and coffee.
Taste: much like the nose, with a slightly tart finish. Not getting any or much bourbon barrel, but a tasty brew.

Their best beer to date IMO! Tart, raspberry, chocolate, oak, subtle bourbon, all in layers. Smelled exactly like chocolate covered raspberries with some funk. No date on the 750ml bottle but it was in the cellar for a few months.
