On tap at brewery taproom in Chattanooga, TN.
The body is sparkling clear, deep amber in color, and topped with a very good creamy, durable off-white head. Fine lacing.
Aroma: lightly sweet with a clear suggestions of baked goods.
Flavor: moderately strong and complex with good balance and hints of brown sugar. Mildly bitter overall with IBU = 52.
