On tap at brewery taproom in Chattanooga, TN.
The body is clear, brown-amber in color, and topped with a very good creamy, durable off-white head. Fine lacing.
Aroma: lightly sweet and woody with a clear suggestions of brown sugar and whisky barrels.
Flavor: moderately strong and complex with good balance and hints of brown sugar. Mildly sweet overall with judicious use of barrel aging effects.
