Look: Pours a slightly translucent but still relatively hazy straw yellow color, with a generous two finger eggshell white head of foam. Leaves adequate lacing and has solid head retention.
Aroma: Dried pink peppercorns, barnyard hay, and lemon peel. A touch of fresh cilantro.
Taste: Absolutely phenomenal. Upfront semi-sweet floral and grassy notes of dried hay. Transitions into gorgeous notes of pink peppercorns and candied lemon peel before ending on understated, elegant flavors of pale malt and grains of paradise.
Feel: Perfect for the style. Easy drinking, refreshing, crisp and clean. Low carbonation, light and fluffy feel.
Overall: This is a real winner. I'm drinking mine within a week of it being canned and I'm thoroughly impressed. My first beer from oddstory but now I will have to try more. Cheers!
