Poured into a pint glass from a tap at American Draft, a refurbished train car beyond the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel (worth a visit!). This Ale had a light amber color, with a 2 finger head. A hoppy aroma on the nose. The first sip was all about the robustness of the hops without an overly bitter finish, more smooth and dry...excellent example of the style.
