Had Victor at the Heaven & Ale Taproom, Chattanooga, on draft into pint tumbler, and also poured from growler into nonic pint.
Pours light gold, with clarity and 1-finger, creamy off-white head, with good retention, leaving some thick overlapping rings of lace. Initial juicy aroma of fruit, joined by a little dry malt, and then a little uncertain bite, while the juicy fruit lasts. Begins light sweet (pilsner?) malt, and then a lot of sweet and tropical fruits take over and lead into the fruity finish, with a barely bittering backside, in a small nod to West Coast IPA convention.
A bit soft, perhaps because it is a version of the brewer's flagship NEIPA, Cloudfall, call it a beginner West Coast IPA, but nicely fruity and very smooth.
