Clear golden amber with an abundance of white foam in the Delirium Noel snifter. Firm and malty body with plenty of spritz on the tongue. Warm wheaty malt taste plus dried apples. There is a little sweetness and a mineral aftertaste as the yeast comes through.
This is not overly strong, wouldn't be mistaken for a Tripel, but it has that mistakable Belgian character with the drying effect. Not overly yeasty, clean, and crisp. A pleasant change from the endless murky IPAs lately. From the 32 oz crowler can purchased at the brewery tap in San Clemente.
