On tap at the brewery tasting room. Pours a hazy amber. Sweet with a sharp edge. Huge aromatics of fermenting pineapple. Taste is woody and wintergreen.
This is an intense and acrid delivery system for a hop dose. It's quite bitter. I think of paint thinner, just a whiff, as my tongue curls up like a salted snail. Interesting and drinkable, though.
