Clear yellow brew with no sediment in the bottle. Plenty of lively spritz and foam. Dry finish with a yeasty sort of bitter tang in the aftertaste. Aroma of herbs and straw. Tastes very lightly of flowery hops and something like alfalfa. Nothing tropical about it. Hints of resin but very light except for that scatchy finish. From the 32 oz growler purchased at the brewery tap.
