Rerate, 500 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 4.7%, IBU 38. Drunk at fridge temperature. Opaque very dark brown colour, huge beige head. Aroma like first sample. Fizzy mouthfeel. Flavour mainly like first sample. I’m upping the flavour a point, but this not a great beer in my book. Original rating: Sample from bottle at ASKO-messe, served a bit too warm. Cloudy dark brown colour, beige head. Strong aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, some mild roasty notes too. Fizzy mouthfeel. Dry flavour, roasty notes, raspberries too, the chili is hardly noticeable. Seems unbalanced, but I am willing to give it another try, at a cooler temperature.
