Can into Nucleated Pilsner Glass (Canned 5/26/26)
Look: Near crystal clear, golden yellow body, pouring a creamy 1 finger head which slowly dissipated into a ring around the glass. Very effervescent
Smell: Biscuity malt, with a touch of yeast, lemon zest and a good dose of grassy hops. Touch floral too. Medium-ish strength nose
Taste: Doughy malt with a touch of toasted sweetness. Vibrant lemon zest comes in and fades quickly with the swallow. Lightly grassy hops and some white florals come in, carrying a touch of bitterness. Finish draw down to a dry end
Feel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, a clean and dry finish
Overall: Decent brew. Not the best czech style pilsner I've had but I find this easily crushable

Straw to gold color and nearly clear. The head is on the small side and leaves nearly no lace.
More malty than floral hop, this beer comes across like a Helles not a Czech Pilsner. I'm not sure if they used any noble hops.
Golden pilsner malt start to the taste. Biscuity. Fuller bodied than most in the style while the carbonation seems to be spot on. The swallow brings forth a neutral hop bitterness. Again, I'd describe this as closer to a Munich Helles with mostly malt featured throughout the tasting.

From the one pint can with a 04/26/2019 expiration date. Sampled on December 26, 2018.
It pours an olive-yellow tone with streaming carbonation bubbles up to the modest white head. A little cloudy.
The aroma brings out German bread and biscuit malts, grassy hops. and a tiny lemon zest.
Light to medium body. Smooth. Clean.
The taste is a little more vibrant than the aroma with the same toasted sweetness but a clean, slightly dry finish. It is like the PIlseners I like the most.

12 oz pour on tap into shaker pint.
A: small white tight tiny bubbled head. Body is a burnished Gold in color with decent clarity.
S: Doughy bready malts, some light hops more herbal than floral or spicy. Smells a little sweet.
T: lots of doughy bready malts some light grain and fairly sweet. The hops that are there are very dialed back almost unnoticeable.
M: Medium bodies light carbonation than expected not as crisp more of a light cling to the finish.
O: while I enjoyed this beer I think it was an awful example of a chezk pilsners. I didn't mind it was sweet or very malty but that isn't what characterizes a good chezk pils.
