This beer starts with our Berliner Weiss base and is then layered up lactose, toasted almond, Madagascar vanilla, and Meyer lemon. Designed to invoke tangy lemon, rich cheesecake, and fluffy meringue, this brew lands in that sweet/tart spot between easy drinking and pure decadence. Pour a slice of cheesecake and enjoy!

5 oz pour on tap at the brewpub. Appearance is light yellow with a small fizzy head. Smells and tastes exactly as expected, like lemon cheesecake with a hint of malt. It's fairly sour which nicely balances out the cheesecake sweetness. Solid.
