This beer starts with our kettle soured Berliner Weiss and is layered up with lactose, toasted almond, and Michigan tart cherry puree. Designed to invoke the late season treat of rich cheesecake and fresh tart cherries, this brew lands in the sweet spot between easy-drinking and decadent. Crack open a slice of cheesecake and enjoy!

5 oz pour on tap at the brewpub. Pours a mostly clear light yellow with a thin fizzy head. Aroma and flavor feature tart cherries, sweet cheesecake, graham cracker, and not much else. It's not very complex and is a bit too sweet - not quite cloying - for me. Meh.
