Each year we set aside a very special beer made from a gold medal winning recipe to be released for the Holidays. This big imperial stout has rested in a single Brown Sugar Rum barrel since before last year's release. Expect a viscous body and nice clean sweetness coupled with delightful spicy rum flavors and soft mouthfeel from the barrel.

Had on tap at the brewpub. This is very boozy and very sweet, with some holiday spice. Comes across like a big brash imperial brown ale as much as a stout. Apparently this spent a year in the barrel, but it still has plenty of rough edges. Not my favorite by a long shot.
