Unpretentious bar occupies roughly a quarter of the space, most of which is taken up with the brewing equipment. The brewer states that his primary influences are European and specifically German. He referred to the Reinheitsgebot. In the end the beers were a little bland. But the service enthusiastic and the brewers talk informative.
