Orange blossom tripel aged in wine barrels
The beer pours clear, straw colored, with a soapy white head and minimal lacing.
The smell is bright and fruity with lots of white wine notes.
The taste is dry with a hint of orange and pear. The wine barrels dominate the flavor. The finish is very dry and lingering.
The mouthfeel is dry, medium bodied, and medium carbonation.
Overall a very tasty tripel, exceptionally dry, and great for sipping.
