12oz canned 9/15/20, purchased at the brewery on 10/5/20. Opened 10/17/20.
Labeled as a Pre-Prohibition Style Pilsner.
1" white head, nice foam with good retention. Slowly falls to 1/4" solid head.
Deep golden with good clarity. Light lacing.
Sweet malty, lightly toasty...hint of floral/earthy hops but just a hint. Very subdued nose.
Grainy and gritty malt sweetness with some of the aforementioned floral/earthy hops in the finish.
Light body, low-medium carbonation and a soft mouthfeel.
Easy drinking with a clean, quick and dry finish.
Good.
