The flavor is bone-dry and delightfully crisp, layering grassy hay, horse blanket funk, and a touch of acidity with delicate stone fruit undertones. Pours a straw to pale gold with white lacy foam. Aroma leads with straw, hay, goat, earthy, and light graininess. Flavor is a very dry, very crisp grassy hay, straw, and horse blanket character with hints of acidity and delicate stone fruit.
