Aromas are dominated by grassy, hay-like characteristics with a peppery lemon note from the Saaz hops. A delicate blend of graininess, floral hops, and clean lager fermentation keep you coming back for another sip and glass of this sessionable pilsner.

Drank 2/28/26. No canned date, but given to me fresh from the brewery by a co-worker.
Pour is a crystal clear straw yellow with a nice cap of chalk white foam. Good retention and lacing.
Nose is baked bread, grassy, spicy hops.
Taste follows. upfront is baked bread and grainy biscuit, followed quickly by grassy, lemony hops; a bit spicy. moderate bitterness.
Clea, crisp, dry finish.
A good pilsner that is very enjoyable. nicely balanced and a good, solid hop character
ABV is 5% per the can.

Draft at the brewery
Big creamy frothy 1 finger head with good retention, soapy lacing, clear deep gold color
Nose starts with herbal earthy spicy hops, not heavy but plenty present, behind is sweet golden pilsner malt, cereal and straw
Taste brings light pilsner malt, a bit of cereal and straw, fair herbal hops with a little earthy note, fruity and mild pine, mild dry finish with mild bitterness
Mouth is med bod, med to higher frothy carb
Overall not too great, really missing the hops for a Czech pils, and even the malt was light
