Crowler filled 2025/10/04
Pours a frothy 1/2 finger bubbly head with fair retention, a bit of lacing, clear light pale color
Nose has some light smoke almost like fruity cherry wood smoke, a touch of malt, maybe herbal hop but hard to tell if that's really there
Taste brings more smoke but again mild smoke, almost maybe beach wood or cherry wood smoke lightness, light grainy malt, soft lager, light bitterness and a little herbal hop, dry finish with a med hop bitterness getting a touch spicy
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med carb
Overall not bad, smoke was nice, wish the malt came through a bit more for a Helles but otherwise pretty good
