Copenhagen 25/11 2018. 33 cl can from Brønshøj Vinhandel. Very Horny and Demonlike motor on the can.
Pours hazy, milky golden yellow with small white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the side of the glass. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is intense and fruity. Sweet exotic fruit like melon, peach and pineapple. Stronger odor of Grape fruit and lemon dominating.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, Soft texture. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Fruity and quite bitter for a NEIPA.

Very hazy yellow with a two fingers head
Papaya, mango, peach in the smell
The taste follows with a bit of orange and a certain maltiness. Balanced all the way but a bit muted.
The mouthfeel is juicy but it seems a bit floury

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a large, foamy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus hops, with notes of papaya, passion fruit and grapefruit. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly grassy hops, with tropical and citrus notes of papaya, passion fruit and grapefruit. Finishes with a light bitterness and some papaya and grapefruit lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and strong carbonation.
The re-release of their iconic Black to Metal series has been a real mixed bag for me so far. While Cannibal King and Butcher's Lamb were fantastic, reminding me of why I fell in love with FrauGruber in the first place, this one and Hounds of Hell remind me why I don't buy their stuff as regularly as I used to, being really lacklustre. Then again, checking my old reviews, these two were the weakest one in the series originally as well. While it's quite juicy, the hops just don't feel that expressive and well-defined here, with it being really overcarbonated as well. It's still all right, son't get me wrong, just doesn't stack up to BL and CC.

De Zombier. En copa Teku. Jugando a Avernum 5. Otra buena birra de FrauGruber, zumito muy facil de beber aunque quizas no al nivel de otras elaboraciones de ellos al ser mas comedida. Poca espuma
