Copenhagen 18/5 2019. 33 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Small black pictograms that shows Hand Shakes on yellow and orange background. Looks almost like a Leopards skin.
Pours hazy, milky golden yellow with small white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is juicy, citric and sweetly fruity. Mango, apricot and peach. Orange, Grapefruit and Citrus. Acerbic Fruit Juice.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, lightly prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is medium bitter and lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Does what a NEIPA is supposed to. Bitter without being aggressive. Niely balanced. And Juicy....

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Viendo Los 100 3x10-11. Fuerte acidez junto con punto agrio que hacen que al principio parezca demasiado dificil pero conforme avanzas gusta mas. Agradable pera

Pours a hazy, pale amber, peach coloration with a medium, fizzy head. Smells of bright tropical fruit notes: mango, passion fruit, pineapple, with a mild dankness and a hint of pine. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by juicy, sweet tropical fruit notes of mango, passion fruit and pineapple, but also lighter, zesty citrus notes of orange and tangerine. There's also a medium, grassy dankness and just a hint of pine to this. Very little malt presence detectable. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and hop burn, with some zesty citrus notes lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, slightly pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Great NEIPA that is dominated by tropical fruit, with the citrus mainly coming through in the aftertaste. Still doesn't feel too sweet thanks to a good, slightly piney bitterness and good dankness. My kind of NEIPA!
