One of the 14 beers we have had in one session of some bad-ass tasting brew.
Red colour, really nice berries notes.
Lactic, this delivers a fruity punch in your face

Pours a deep reddish purple with very little in the way of foam.
Smell is tart and youghurty with notes of raspberries, blueberries and cherries.
Taste is very fruity and mildly tart. Raspberries and cherries dominate, with some cranberries and blueberries in the background. Th finish is pretty dry with a bit of sweetness.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium and a bit creamy, with bright carbonation.
Overall, a nice kettle sour that lacks a little bit of acidity.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Avernum 5. Bonito aspecto rojo intenso y turbio, con bastante espuma roja. Mucha frambuesa, con su acidez natural, no excesiva pero notoria. No esta mal, pero mas que cerveza parece un refresco y se hace algo pesada

Pours an opaque raspberry red coloration with a medium, fizzy head. Smells of raspberry and cherry, with a slight, tart lactose note as well. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by a fresh, juicy raspberry and cherry flavour with a hint of lactose. No malt presence detectable at all. Quite sweet and fizzy, but with a good sourness as well. Finishes with a light bitterness overshadowed by a medium/strong sourness coming through in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and medium/lively carbonation.
Not quite sure what to make of this. I haven't had many Kettle Sours and while I feel that this might be quite a nice example of the style, it's not really for me, I'm afraid. There is a very nice balance of sweetness/sourness/fruitiness to this, but almost no malt, bitterness or alcohol detectable at all. With its sweet and fizzy notes, it reminds me more of a soda than a beer, actually. This may well be to style though and the fruity sourness really is very nice. A great summer drink for sure, although I'd hesitate to call it a "beer".
