Copenhagen 18/3 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. What looks like a strange astronomical phenomenon which includes shining stars, a Demon head and what looks like a hamster on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, dirty, golden yellow with a mid-sized, bubbly white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to over the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity odor of exotic fruit soon overcome by strong tart, citric notes. Peach and mango. Grapefruit and pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant and smooth NEIPA with a decent bitter bite.

440 ml can, from bestofbeers.dk . ABV is 6.8%. Overcarbonated, the glass fills completely by white foam, before a hazy pale yellow coloured beer slowly appears underneath. Distinct aroma of pine, citrus and tropical fruits. Fairly sweet flavour, notes of citrus and tropical fruits again, moderate pine, low bitterness.

On tap. Hazy light orange color with light beige head. Aroma has some dank hops with some caramelized orange notes. Taste has juicy oranges, stonefruits and light resiny bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's a juicy, easy drinking IPA.

From a pint can, it pours a hazy amber body with one finger white head
Aroma of dank tropical fruits, caramalts, some citrus are present too
The fruity character is present too and followed by an herbal character
The carbonation is fine
Overall, a good ipa but not their best work

From Labirratorium. In Teku glass. Playing Avernum 4. Another superb offering from fraugruber with a bit of eveything: citrusy, tropical, grassy; and everthing very fresh. Rich. Long aftertaste

Pours a deep gold/pale amber coloration with a medium, frothy head. Smells of light biscuity malt with citrus/tropical fruit notes of grapefruit, tangerine, mango and papaya, with a hint of pine as well. Taste follows the nose, with light biscuity, bready malt and strong hoppy accents of citrus and tropical fruit: grapefruit, tangerine, mango, papaya. There's also a strong herbal dankness and a hint of pine to this. Finishes with a medium/strong bitterness, light hop burn and quite a bit of pine lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
West Coast inspired IPA that is more dank than resinous, but with a really nice pineyness and bitterness. Great stuff, as always by Frau Gruber.
