De Craftbeer-shop. En copa Teku. Jugando a PES 2018 con Rodrigo. Intenso especiado tipico de wit junto con fuertes notas alimonadas que dan cierta originalidad. Cuerpo muy ligero sin gas

Pours a hazed light yellow color with a smaller white head.

Smells of dried lemon peel, ginger, unripe bananas and a light pepper note. Has a rubbery hint to it, rounded out by a proper dose of cardamom and a herbal hop note.

Has a lower carbonation with a light spark at the end and a light, refreshing body.

Tastes of an unique floral lemon flavor, which gets gently enhanced by the spices, mainly dried oranges among white pepper and a hint of cardamom. Reveals a bready maltiness then, from which the lemons benefit very well, managing the sourness of this playfully. Finishes a little thin, due to a lack of carbonation and receeding lemon punch with nothing else than an aqueous quality.

Very light with its carbonation level being too low, but a beautiful integration of lemons.

Pours a cloudy golden amber coloration with a small fizzy head that quickly fades. Smells intensly of fresh, juicy, zesty lemon tartness with a distinct bergamotte aroma and hints of wheat and yeast esters. Taste is absolutely dominated by that tart and zesty bergamotte lemon character that also has a certain floral note to it. There are also some lighter accents of wheat, hay and spicey yeast esters in the background. Finishes with a very light bitterness and tart lemon zest lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel witha medium body and carbonation.

The bergamotte lemons lend quite a unique and distinct character to this that makes it very tasty and refreshing, although it might be just a tad too overpowering, leaving little room for the wheat and yeast notes to truly develop. Not sure how true to style this really is, but it's still a fantastic brew.
