Got this one from the Duvel guy in Utrecht
From a 440ml can into a pint glass
Best before 2 June 2019
APPEARANCE: Pours a two finger, medium looking, foamy white head with very good retention. Hazy, opaque, almost cloudy amber yellow with minimal carbonation evident. Head slowly fades to a full wisp and clings to the glass. A splotchy wisp remains until the end leaving some solid lacing down the glass as it empties.
SMELL: Aromas of tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, some wheat malt and caramel on the nose. Pleasant but milder in aroma.
TASTE: Wheat malts, caramel sweetness, some melon and tropical flavors up front. Some pineapple, orange and mango fruitiness through the middle, leading into a medium finish of caramel, wheat malts, tropical fruit like pineapple and mango, some honeydew melon and some hop bitterness that lingers nicely on the palate.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. Creamy on the palate, a little foamier, goes down smooth and finishes a bit mouth-coating. Some bitterness lingers.
OVERALL: This is a solid brew. I may have been delving into it a little closer to the end of its shelf life, but even still, at this point it is still an enjoyable brew. I have been rather impressed with Frau Gruber up to this point and would definitely jump at the chance to drink some of their beers closer to the canning date. This was good but it might have been fantastic a few months back. Thanks again, doops!

Pours a murky orange with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy with notes of peach, grapefruit, grass and a hint of sweetness.
Taste is juicy, with a fine, biscuity base, almost pilsner-like. Notes of citrus, peach, mango, grass and a nice, solid bitterness. Slight sweetness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and smotth, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice NE IPA, slightly different.

Pours a hazy, golden amber coloration with a large, foamy head. Smell is a little subdued, with only faint notes of biscuity malt and grassy, citrus hops coming through. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of biscuity malt and grassy, citrus hops, with juicy notes of orange and tangerine as well as a light dankness. Finishes bittersweet, with a light bitterness and some citrus notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This is a decent NEIPA with some nice, juicy citrus notes, but feels a little like an easy-drinking Session NEIPA and at over 7% ABV I expect a little more depth of flavor. The mouthfeel could be better as well, making this appear a little bit thin and watery, but still quite nice in its own way.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Viendo Westworld 2x04. Perfil original, con un dulzor bastante rico y que invita a beber rapido, aunque a la larga se queda algo aguada.
