Copenhagen 3/12 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø*. Symmetric painting of what looks like some bird creature spreading it's wings.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with mid-sized white head. Settles as 1cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor laced in alcohol with lighter citric notes. Oranges and peach. A bit of pine. Subtle grape fruit and citrus. Alcohol lurking just underneath the surface.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, smooth yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Finish is semi-dry with a light boozy touch.
Not too heavy, pleasant DIPA. More symphonic than distortion.

De Mikkeller. En copa Teku. Jugando a God of War 2. Como siempre Fraugruber proporcionando experiencias originales. En este caso un perfil muy citrico con notas a hierba fresca superrefrescante, en el que la sensación alcohólica brilla por su ausencia pese a ser una dipa

The liquid is hazy y with very delicate bubbles layer. The smell is very strong. You can smell the hoppy. Double dry hopped is no joke. The beer has a very big body with distinct hoppy flavor. The aftertaste last so long. Very good beer for serious hop lover.

Pours a hazy golden amber, peach coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity malt and sweet and juicy tropical, citrus and orchard fruit notes of mango, passion fruit, tangerine, gooseberry and white grapes. Taste follows the nose, with some biscuity malt up front and quite a hoppy character dominated by slightly acidic orchard fruit notes of gooseberry and white grape and sweet tropical notes of mango and passion fruit, with just a hint of citrus fruit: tangerine and a light, grassy dankness as well. Finishes with a medium bitterness, light acidity and some mango and white grape notes lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Yet another great showcase of Nelson Sauvin hops by FrauGruber, with those slightly tart and acidic white grape and gooseberry notes coming through quite well, while being complemented nicely by some tropical and lighter citrus notes.
