Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, frothy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and a strong presence of zesty lime peel, as well as lighter notes of white grape. Taste follows the nose, with some light biscuity malt and quite vibrant, zesty lime dominating, but with a good dose lightly acidic white grape and gooseberry as well, with just a hint of white pepper. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some lime peel and white grape lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

What I love about this is how clearly the Motueka and Nelson hops stand out, with quite vivid zesty lime and lightly acidic white grape notes that actually complement each other quite well. Perhaps not too complex, but makes up for that with its sheer vibrancy and excellent drinkability for the 8.3% ABV, without a hint of booze, although mouthfeel could still be a bit better.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Viendo El Hombre en el Castillo 2x05. Otro birrote de fraugruber, como era de esperar. Muy sedosa en boca, con el abv bien oculto y perfil afrutado suave pero con bastante sabor
