440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.2%. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Pleasant aroma of citrus, spruce and tropical fruits. Moderate carbonation. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, the alcohol is also noticeable. Moderate bitterness.

Pours a hazy, deep, dark golden amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt, very slightly caramelly malt and those typical Nelson notes of white grape and gooseberry. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of sweet'ish biscuity malt and quite dry and somewhat acidic hop notes of white grape and gooseberry, with a certain dankness as well. Finishes with medium/strong bitterness, light acidity and some white grape and gooseberry lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

An excellent single-hop Nelson Sauvin DIPA that tastes just like you would expect, with quite a dry, somewhat acidic character and a strong presence of the typical white grape and gooseberry notes, as well as quite a noticeable dankness and bitterness, with just a tiny bit of hop bite showing through as well in the aftertaste. Quite an impressive showcase of Nelson Sauvin hops to be sure, lovin' this.
