Pours a slightly cloudy, golden amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity, slightly caramelly malt and citrus/tropical notes of tangerine and pineapple, as well as some floral, grassy accents. Taste is good balance between sweet'ish biscuity, caramel malt and slightly grassy and floral hops, with citrus and tropical notes of tangerine, lime peel, pineapple and papaya, as well as just a hint of pine coming through in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A very nice Triple IPA that's perhaps a bit on the sweet side, but really not too bad, and also completely lacks the booziness and overripe notes that are prevalent in some examples of the style. It's still a little too floral and grassy for my personal taste though, despite the pleasant citrus and tropical notes. Also drinks surprisingly easy for the ABV, perhaps a bit too easy, actually.
