Really on the yeastie/estery side of NEIPA this TIPA shows also a big portion of hops. Citrusy and tropical mostly.

L: Very hazy, thick, juicy, orange/yellow color, one finger white head, messy lacing, light carbonation. As juicy as a juicy beer can be.
S: Pineapple, tropical fruits. Smells wonderful.
T: Pineapple, tropical fruits, hops. Juicy, juicy, juicy.
F: Medium bodied, full of tropical flavors. Smooth as silk.

Pours a cloudy, golden coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus hops, with notes of grapefruit, passion fruit and some herbal accents, with just a hint of mint coming through. Taste is great balance of light biscuity malt and vibrant citrus/tropical hops, being somewhat dominated by bright and zesty citrus notes of grapefruit, tangerine and lime peel and lighter tropical notes of passion fruit and papaya, as well as a good, herbal dankness and just a hint of mint coming through as well. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some citrus and tropical notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A fantastic TIPA that drinks just like a normal IPA, without even a hint of the ABV coming through, which is amazing, while also featuring some rather vibrant, zesty citrus notes and softer, sweeter tropical notes as well. with the Sabro adding some herbal accents and a certain mint note. Just an incredibly drinkable and expressive TIPA that's an absolute joy to drink.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Con pipas peladas ECI. Jugando a Wonder Boy Dragon's Trap y luego a Skyland Heart of the Mountain. Mucha fruta. El sabro siempre da un toque peculiar. Aqui al principio queda raro pero luego termina gustando mucho. Abv nulo para ser TIPA.
