De Tercertiempocervezas. En copa Teku. Jugando a Spiderman. Por debajo del nivel habitual de Fraugruber. Sensación aguada y un perfil neipa que sin estar malo en absoluto tampoco es algo que llegue a deslumbrar, se queda algo corto

Very hazy golden colour.
A bit boozy this Imperial NEIPA. As for much of the FrauGruber brews it's a lot on the estery yeast with some tropical and citrusy hops. It lacks a bit of balance and complexity but still enjoyable

Pours a hazy, golden amber coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical notes of grapefruit, lime and passion fruit. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of sweet'ish biscuity malt and citrus and tropical hops, with somewhat tangy lime and passion fruit notes dominating, as well as lighter grapefruit and mango. Finishes with a light bitterness and some citrus notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Not sure what to make of this, to be honest. On the one hand, the sweet'ish malts, kinda reminiscent of brown sugar, and strong Motueka lime note lends a certain Mojito character to this that is sort of interesting, but on the other hand it feels just a little one-dimensional and lacking in depth and body as well, especially given the ABV here. It's nice for what it is, but I found a little disappointing coming from FrauGruber.
