De Mikkeller. En copa Teku. Leyendo sobre BPMN y jugando a Roblox con Rodrigo (Arsenal) Cuerpo espeso, con un perfil cĂtrico y herbal muy fresco y refrescante que no deja nada indiferente

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a small, frothy head. Smell is a little subdued, with some light biscuity malt and somewhat faint citrus/tropical hops, with notes of grapefruit, mango and pine. Taste is a lot more expressive than the nose, with a great balance of biscuity malt and vibrant, zesty and resinous citrus/tropical hops, with grapefruit, orange and mango standing out particulary and lighter notes of papaya and pine, as well as a certain herbal dankness. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit, mango and dank and resinous accents lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
I think that this is a marked improvement over their last couple of beers, although I'm not sure if they are quite back to old form yet. Nice and hazy, but with very little head and somewhat lacking in aroma. Taste features some very vibrant and well-defined hops, with a good balance of dank, resinous, fruity and bitter elements, with a light sweetness, but feeling rather dry overall. When it comes to body and mouthfeel, there is a clear improvement here, but I think that they can do better still. Nonetheless, this is a very enjoyable NEIPA overall, that makes me hopeful that they are adjusting to their new setup.
