De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a SpongeBob Battle for Bikini Bottom. El perfil de lupulos es bastante agradable y original, recordando a Sabro aunque no lo lleve, y el alcohol está muy bien disimulado. No obstante, a medida que se atempera va quedando algo aguada

Pours a hazy, deep orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus/berry hops, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and blueberry. Taste is an excellent balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly floral and herbal hops, with tropical, citrus and lighter berry notes of passion fruit, mango, grapefruit and blueberry, with just the merest hint of elderflower. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some passion fruit, grapefruit and blueberry/elderberry lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

A very nice New England IPA with some quite quite juicy, expressive hops and a good balance of citrus, tropical and lighter berry notes, with those berry accents being particularly interesting here and adding a bit of a unique twist to this. It actually reminded me of Neon Jelly a little, but is a bit more flowery and less herbal and bitter, with the blueberry being accentuated by a certain elderberry/flower note here, which makes for a unique and intriguing flavour profile from the combination of American Mosaic and German Comet hops.
