Copenhagen 26/3 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Green can with a close-up of a leaf.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head, Settles as thin, almost transparrent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with fresh, tropical fruit. Citric notes. Honey melon and peach. Sharp citrus. A bit of mint. Light carbonation.
Medium thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a underlying sweetness. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty light, easily drinkable DIPA with a decent bitter bite.

Pours a hazy, dark orange coloration with a small, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity malt and tropical, citrus hops, with notes of mango, papaya and grapefruit, as well as some light herbal accents. Taste is a good balance of biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, floral, herbal and slightly resinous hops, with tropical and citrus notes of mango, papaya, pink grapefruit, lemongrass, potpourri and just a hint of sage, mint and pine. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some mago, grapefruit, potpourri and herbal accents lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
The Talus hops are coming through quite distinctly here, with those typical pink grapefruit, potpourri and herbal notes, supported nicely by some additional citrus, tropical, herbal and piney accents from the Citra and Idaho 7. I'm still not quite sure what to make of Talus. While I like the pink grapefruit and herbal accents, I'm not so keen on that floral potpourri character, to be honest. Anyway, there's a lot going on here, which makes for a rather interesting flavor profile, which also feels just a little muddled up though. Overall, this makes for an interesting and enjoyable brew with a slightly unusual flavor profile and good body and mouthfeel, while never feeling too boozy for the ABV.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a SpongeBob Battle for Bikini Bottom. Perfil herbal muy marcado con cuerpo ligero, algo aguado incluso. No está mal pero de fraugruber uno espera mas
