Pours a hazy, dark orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity malt and citrus/tropical/stone fruit hops, with notes of grapefruit, mango and peach. Taste is a great balance of biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly resinous hops, with citrus, tropical and stone fruit notes of grapefruit, tangerine, mango, pineapple and peach, as well as just a hint of pine. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit and mango lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This makes for a very nice Triple IPA that sits kinda inbetween and NEIPA and old school IPA, being quite juicy, but also rather bitter and somewhat resinous. The flavor profile is intense here, with some vibrant and expressive citrus, tropical and lighter stone fruit notes, although feeling just a tad overripe as well. Slightly boozy in the aftertaste, but not too sweet and boozy afterall at all, finishing with a great bitterness.
