Pours a cloudy, dark orange coloration with a medium, foamy, quickly fading head. Smells of light doughy malt and strong strawberry and lighter pineapple notes. Taste is a great balance of light doughy malt and vibrant, natural strawberry and pineapple notes, with the strawberry standing out more strongly, with a good underlying tartness. Finishes with a light/medium tartness and some strawberry and pineapple lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
As usual for this series, this makes for a very nice Fruited Kettle Sour with vibrant and natural fruit notes and a good underlying tartness to balance out the fruity sweetness. At first I thought that strawberry and pineapple was kind of a weird combo, but it's actually rather tasty, which may due to the stronger focus on the strawberry.
