Stopped into Billie's Beer Bar in Antwerp on 02OCT23 and had two 0.2l pours of this. Each one cost €6.20.
Poured a very hazy, muted golden color, making it hard to see any carbo within. Head started at 3/4" of creamy, off-white suds, and ebbed down to a fine layer, with nice lacing. Had lots of citrus in the aroma, with semisweet tangerine, pineapple and apricot. Had a medium body and was fairly smooth, with only light prickle.
Taste started with some mild, toasty malts and subtle crackery action. Then cam more fruit - apricot, tangerine and pineapple once more. The semisweet fruit notes lingered nicely in the finish. Another nice Bier from FrauGruber... Prost!!
