Enjoyed a 0.44l can at Tap-House München on 24SEP25. Cost was €8.90 for this odd-sized offering...
Poured dark, thick and oily, like crude oil. Had a 1" layer of beige foam sitting on top, slowly ebbing down to a cover with light lacing. Aroma had lots of dark choco, plus coffee and light vanilla. Body was medium-plus and a touch chewy and was pretty smooth.
Taste had more dark choco, plus some dark fruit like raisins and figs. Throw in some coffee action and lightly floral hopping in the finish for a nicely tasty offering. Prost!!

Frederiksberg 30/9 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and gets stronger as the beer warms up. Sweet dark malts with a earthy touch. Dark roasted malts, dark chocolate and a bit of vanilla milkshake. Leather. Nice.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, a little creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pleasant if not exactly easy-going.
