E.C. Dahls Weissbier is a South German Style Weissbier. Brewed with German Weissbier Yeast. This is a traditional, unfiltered weissbier with wheat and barley malt. Hops are Herkules and Hallertauer Mittelfruh. Brewed in Trondheim, by the team lead by our half German Brewmaster Wolfgang Lindell (Braumeister Handwerkskammer Munchen und Oberbayern). Prost!

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Madla. ABV is 5.5%. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, large white head. Typical h.w. aroma of banana and cloves. Wheaty flavour, with notes of citrus, banana and cloves, moderate bitterness. Refreshing.
