located at the Eagle Rock golf course in Defiance. Pretty cool brewpub, with some really nice beers. Usually have 6-8 of their own beers on, along with 4-6 guest taps, all Ohio brewed selections. I have tried the 4KD Double Dry Hopped Jawaw, the Sandtrap Saison, and the Green Mountain Haze IPA. All were very well done. The guest taps are also worthwhile, and, on our last visit, included a mead from Crafted which pleased my wife. Prices are reasonable.
Food selection at the brewery is limited, but well done. A few paninis, as well as some very good smoked wings. There is also a nice restaurant, Sweetwater Chophouse right next door that has a much larger menu, and 4KD beers, among others, on tap.
Service has been great on our visits, plus the brewer, Ozzy, is usually around, and fun to talk beer with.
All in all a surprisingly great find in Defiance, and well worth a stop.
