Unlikely, yet harmonious marriage of Belgian-style ale and Thai lemongrass.

I tried this at the brewery. It poured a clear yellow with white head that did not leave much lacing. The scent had some grassy presence. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with hints of lemon grass. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

Having this beer on-tap atgthe brewery. Served to me in a standard pint glass, this beer draws a very clear, light golden/pale straw color with a nice white head that's about 2/3 of an inch thick when first drawn that settles to a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass. Little lacing. Aromas of some bready malts and a slight lemony citrus smell top and not much else here smell wise. The taste is pretty much the same, with some bready malts and some lemony citrus hops and a hint of lemongrass herbal spice. Interesting use of lemon grass to give this beer a hint of spice. Well balanced, just not enough of any of the main flavor profiles for my palate. It simply needs a stronger flavor profile all around. Has a crisp, yet smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish. An okay beer, but that's about it and certainly not something I'd go out of my way to drink again.
