Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. Served in a snifter glass, this beer draws a clear, medium to dark golden color with a white head that’s about an inch thick thick when first drawn and served. The head settles eventually to a thick white ring lining the inside of the glass and has some very small spots of surface foam along with very nice lacing on the inside of the glass. Aromas of some slightly bready malts that give way to earthy, piney, and floral hop notes. A very similar flavor profile here, with some slightly bready malts that give way to floral, piney, and citrus hop flavors. While these hop flavors are certainly the dominant flavor profile, this is not an overly pungently bitter DIPA, and the flavors are pretty well balanced. Has a crisp, smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with light to moderate carbonation. Easy to drink. Has a clean, slightly dry finish and the different hop flavors linger nicely for the aftertaste.

I tried this at the brewery. It poured a cloudy orangish with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had some tropical fruit like zeal. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with fruit peel presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.
