Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. Served to me in a standard pint glass, this beer draws clear, light copper color with a slight pink hue. The bartender filled the pint glass to the very top, so there was no room for any head. And I won’t really complain about that. Aromas of some bready malts along with some pomegranate tartness. A very similar flavor profile, with some bready malts with a bit caramel sweetness that gives way to some pomegranate sweetness and also a bit of sour tartness. Very nice, well balanced flavor profile overall. Not really any discernible hop presence, but that's not really unexpected here. Has a light, crisp, medium bodied mouthfeel. Has a slightly tart/sour finish and aftertaste. This was very refreshing on a hot and humid Saturday afternoon in northeast Ohio.
