Savage (Sour Mango)

Appearance- Pours hazy and yellow-orange in color with a white, half finger width head that fizzles away fairly quickly, leaving a barren surface with a razor thin, broken layer of suds around the edge of the glass. No lacing.

Smell - Fair tart aroma with lesser mango and vanilla.

Taste - Follows the nose. Starts with a bit of lemon-like tartness, then a light mango frutiness and a kiss of vanilla sweetness. Underlying bready malts. Finish / aftertaste lingers with aforementioned mild tart and sweet notes.

Mouthfeel - Light in body with fair-to-lively carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a quick, dry finish.

Overall - Pretty solid sour. Looking forwarding to trying some of the others from this new Savage sour series.
